Our album Giddy Skelter actually represents just a small portion of what was a deep & expansive fantasy world we created & hoped to release as a double album. Its original working title was The Woods. It then later became You Talk A Lot, Don’t You? We conceptualized & composed it w/ a five-act arc, like a classic drama, weaving many recurring elements, motifs, & characters across multiple songs.

But you know what is especially tricky to get released in the tricky world of the modern music industry? Deep & expansive double album fantasy worlds. We decided to compromise our overall vision to be able to salvage any of it. Some songs attached themselves in one batch that we released as the Gimme Altamont EP. Others broke out into their own cluster, Giddy Skelter.

We are thrilled to now share these alternate versions & outtakes to give a greater glimpse into the original vision that we were aiming to capture. These songs are released unmixed; each one untouched since the moment we left it behind.
